Ski-in & ski-out – a winter dream on the Arlberg
In winter, you can enjoy genuine skiing pleasure with direct access to the network of slopes and cross-country trails in Lech. You can set off from the house in the morning and return in comfort in the evening. This makes it the ideal home for active skiers, snowboarders, ski tourers and cross-country skiers. At the same time, you can enjoy the peace and atmosphere of an exclusive retreat.

Yes. Das Tannberg offers a range of holiday flats, apartments and suites for 1 to 6 people. The accommodation ranges in size from around 40 to 100 m² and, depending on the category, features one or two bedrooms.
Depending on the apartment, the accommodation can accommodate between 1 and 6 people. This makes them suitable for couples as well as families and small groups.
Yes. Apartments A02 and A04 each offer around 100 m² of living space, two bedrooms and room for up to 6 people.
The Schlosskopflift is only around 30 metres from Das Tannberg. This makes the accommodation particularly well-suited for a skiing holiday in Lech am Arlberg.

Yes. The Kristall SPA, covering over 130 m², features a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, a steam room, a relaxation room and a fitness area.
The sauna does not have fixed opening hours. Guests simply register their wish to use the sauna via a QR code. The sauna is then opened as required and can therefore generally be used at any time once booked.
The sauna area at the Kristall SPA is available to guests aged 16 and over.
Towels are available directly in the SPA. Bathrobes are provided to guests on request or delivered directly to their room when they first register to use the sauna.
Yes. Parking is available for guests right next to Das Tannberg.
