In order to guarantee your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the price of your stay. 

We can offer you special permissions by telephone arrangement. 

Due to the current measures we have adapted our cancellation conditions for you. So that you can plan your vacation with us in a relaxed and carefree manner, you have the possibility to cancel existing bookings or new reservations free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

For your own safety, however, we offer the "Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance" of the Europäische Reiseversicherung especially for our guests, which we are happy to take out for you - we will be happy to provide you with more details when you book your room. Take out your vacation insurance here.

We do not allow access and accommodation for dogs and pets.
